Display issues

Hello,

Recently I wanted to get back into FTL: Faster Than Light, so I went and copied the game's files from my old computer, ran it on the PC I currently use, only to see these graphical glitches:





This doesn't happen on my old PC, but it's not particularly on recent hardware(runs on Windows XP SP3) so is there anyway to fix this?

Have you tried downloading a new version from Steam or GOG?
You don't need to copy all the files over, just the save data.

Additionally, are all your graphics drivers up to date?
