How did you update? What operating system are you using? Windows? 64-bits?

From the HumbleBundle website:
We will post build updates, along with available changelogs on twitter @humblesupport.

There will also be a timestamp next to the file download on your download page with the time of the latest update, if applicable.

You should login to your account to acces the update. I don't know more than this, as i haven't pruchased FTL from HB. Hope that helps. :)
