Bug: ACID + Push + Kill (damage)

When attacking a single enemy with Prime Spear + ACID Tip upgrade.

Normal (non-lethal) usage: Targeted vek takes 2 damage, the vek is inflicted with ACID, and the vek is pushed one tile. The tile the vek was originally standing on does not have any acid on it, nor does the tile the vek is now standing on.

Lethal usage: Targeted vek takes 2 damage (which is enough to kill it), the vek is inflicted with ACID, and the vek is pushed one tile, where the death animation occurs. The tile the vek was originally standing on has an acid puddle appear on it. Since the vek was inflicted with ACID, it leaves an acid puddle on the tile where it dies (which is after being pushed). There are now two tiles with ACID puddles on them! The ACID has been duplicated.

I can not imagine it is intentional for two tiles to have ACID placed on them, as it is not consistent with the normal behaviour of the weapon. I would expect the acid to only be on the vek, and to appear on the tile where it dies.

I can provide a video if it helps. The behaviour was consistently repeatable.

Bug witnessed on Nintendo Switch version of Into The Breach.
