One second cooldown mod

I recently learned how to mod FTL and yesterday learned about the advanced slipstream mod syntax with <mod:whatever>. I wanted to test it out while also making something mildly interesting so I decided to set the cooldown of all weapons to one second. Simple enough. I figured it would be no problem whatsoever to beat the flagship. Of course, I underestimated the difficulty of a flagship that fires three missiles, lasers, ions and a beam every second. Overall, Federation Cruiser A was one of the best ships with an artillery beam firing every second and I didn't even need to get better weapons (not a surprise when a basic laser is better than a chain vulcan). It was actually an interesting (though fairly easy) "challenge run".
