Mod request: Crew weapons/equipment
What it says on the tin: It would be interesting to have individual crew customization, such as giving the crew items that help them repair faster, use stronger melee attacks, become more specialized with certain systems, become resistant to stunning, etc.
I always need help in one way or another, such as ship editing

Um, not possible. FTL modding is very limited, especially with areas like crew. Unfortunately, crew cannot be modified mechanically, only visually.
