[MOD IDEA] Pirate room layouts

Hello,
Small idea here, but it's been on my mind for months. In vanilla ftl, pirate variants of any given ship have different floor plans. Sometimes these differences are startling in their degree. Would it be possible to give random encounters just a bit more variety by removing the exclusivity of room layouts between pirates/non-pirates?
This is just a curiousity, as if it were possible, I know the modding life is a busy one and there isn't a realistic chance that someone would pick up this idea.
