FTL: Tiberian Incursion

I have mentioned the possibility of creating a C&C themed sector for my Kodiak mod before. If I were to make that, maybe add some C&C based events for normal sectors and come up with a little bit more of a story I could probably slap these on the main menu.

I've got a few ideas of some major bits I could mod in, mainly the C&C themed sector and replacing the Rebel Flagship with the Scrin Ship from Tiberian Sun. That will entail making quite a few new C&C weapons, a number of new hulls and lots and lots of new events. This'll probably take quite a bit of time, but I should get it done eventually.

Chrono, what do you mean by GIMP paths? I've drawn every curve on my ships by hand...

Alright, I got all the details, shading and shadows done for the banshee fighter.

I think I got it looking fairly smooth, but I can't decide if it needs more details.

Equivalents for pirate C&C ships are going to be forgotten C&C ships. The graffiti isn't done yet of course, this is just a proof of concept.

‘Bout time for an update here. I sure took my sweet time to make one.

I finished getting this Lone Trooper remix by Andrej Prebanda split into a battle track and an explore track. This is the first track that’ll play when you get into the C&C sector, with permission from the author to use it of course.

I’ve also got the groundwork laid for the Orca Bomber. Not particularly impressive yet, but it’s a start.

And I spiffed up a couple explosion animations and sounds for my C&C weapons mod (which’ll be integrated into the C&C sector among other things). I also got an idea for a new Allied weapon.
