Don't use modman.exe - it's broken and never detects python. Try running GMM via main.py

I tried that, but I get the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application". I click "OK" and the error and application both close. What to do?

Uninstall all versions of Python, and manually delete their directories if any linger.
Then download Python 2.7.5 64bit, and install it.

Then run main.py directly.
- Windows XP: Double-click main.py.
- Windows Vista/7/8: may have to do this.

What mod did you patch into the game?

Also, if you're on Steam, try using the verify cache option, then run GMM again.

You have probably updated FTL to the newest version (1.03.3), and Infinite Space isn't compatible with it yet. If you want to play the mod, you'll have to downgrade to 1.03.1 somehow.

You can check your FTL version by looking at the bottom-right corner in the main menu.
