I can't get it to work i'm not real sure what to do i installed it and used it with slipstream and put.ftl at the end but i'm out of ideas.

Did you do what the person above did and unzip it?

I do not have the option to unzip it.

I am having the same install issue where it ends in .7z and changing it to .ftl doesn't help. If you were able to solve this problem, what was your solution?

You need to unpack the .7z, the .ftl file is inside.

Yeah, I didn't realize that .7z needed a different app to open it. Thank you.

Interesting development. It seems that either upgrading OSX to High Sierra or using the new version of FTL completely fixed the issue with Nebulas which made the original res mod necessary.
I'm not sure how, but hey that's pretty cool.

REMEMBER the download is a 7zip file, it needs to be extracted and not renamed.
change logv 1.3.2 and 1.2.2- new sun
- new pulsar
- 6 new backgrounds
- 4 new planets
- 2 new gas giants
- changed 1 background
downloaddownload@moddb.com download@nexusmods.com@TeamEXAngus,
