Thanks for playing and leaving a post. I split my mod into two a couple months ago: Vicious Vessels have new enemy ships, Inconvenient Incidents have new events. I fixed the bug with grayed out event option today in Inconvenient Incidents v1.2.

Might want to limit Auto ships maximum cloak level, because if they try to warn the fleet and also have level 3 cloaking, there's very little breathing room.
