I did actually think about pulling the weapons officer and other crew into key areas for repair.. to late now.. I hope they aren't dead I finally have a two matis boarding party they have been doing a great job.. You know how stressful it is to capture ships in a nebula? :o

Shields training

I assume that shield training works like weapon training in that they have to be recharging the shield... (thus why weapons training goes so quickly, cause they charge so quickly)... So does hanging out in an asteroid field allow you to train up shield skill? Anyone know already? Or have any bets? c...

the enemy's weapons don't charge when you are cloaked either. also, you can find a module that will cause you to warp in with weapons hot. Very, very effective with the right weapons. I don't play with cloak alot, but I think this is wrong.. I think a cloaked ships weapons DO charge... I know it so...

I used to hate them too... until I found out that they slow the rebel fleet down and give you more time to explore...

But plasma storms? I still hate those...

Let see can I turn off O2 and medbay to fight... I guess so as long as the fight doesn't last to long..

IIRC the engines don't charge without a pilot. Found that out after a tough battle with a boarding party next to a sun that fried most of my ship. I had to pull in pilot to help out with damage control. Took me a moment to figure out why the jump engines weren't charging. Personally, I am a fan of ...

Just to answer from experience, I outfitted my ship with two weapon reloaders and it was easily 30% faster reload speed. I do believe these upgrades stack. But was it 30% faster or was it 28.25% faster? (which is what the OP was asking) I know it would be hard to tell the difference in game play :t...
