The only real problem I had with it was the boss battle. You made him easy :( With only 3 shields it isn't hard to damage him, and his second phase is suddenly a lot easier without the boarding drone, which would have pretty much destroyed me completly. Not to sound too snarky here, but I'm going to go ahead and call the ability to download and install an .ftl file a skill check. If you fail it, you don't get to experience the mod. I shamelessly nominate Descent into Darkness. A lot of attention and time went into its creation, and it did things no other mod did - let you build a ship of your choosing, ingame, for a unique experience every playthrough. Also had pretty menus and stuff :D

I am waiting to see how the trade extension is going to work... to the best of my knowledge it is not possible to remove augments via events (the stasis pod one is just hardcoded?) but that is exactly what your screenshot of the dialogue window would suggest. Very curious.
