Re: F.T.L. Fanfic?

I've been strangely tempted to write some 'fanfic'. I say strangely because it's not something I would ever normally even consider, due to the inevitable naffness. But FTL's structure does lend itself to quite a fun episodic storyline. I've been considering FRAPSing a single playthrough and then wri...

Re: saving in FTL

I see save/continue has been added to the latest build. I thought I'd post to say a huge thanks to the devs for adding this feature, it is massively appreciated. The last few weeks I've not really found time to play FTL. The next few weeks, I just know I'm going to be playing it whenever I can. :D

Re: saving in FTL

Instead I'll just say you'll never please everyone so why try ? It's not like the people asking for a save on exit will stop playing the game if they don't get it ;) Actually, that's exactly what it's like. Without a save, I will play the game far less. Long term, that will result in me eventually ...

Re: saving in FTL

I thought I'd contribute to say that I'd definitely appreciate a very limited, very controlled save option. I completely agree that the game is best without the ability to reload, but this is more about the ability to fit the game into a busy day. As others have said, this is the difference between ...
