Have you considered making the blueprints fake weapons (so they can go into cargo) instead of augments? Augment slots in CE are extremely taxed as it is with the trade system. I've looked at the mods myself and it seems to just be an issue with the folders for both 1.2 and 1.3. The mods are fully playable once that's fixed. Hi Bren,

I'm not sure if you too active these days, but I've noticed that neither of the two versions of this mod work.
The first one has a broken weapon image for the anti-bio flak, and the 2nd doesn't seem to load at all.

If you could fix these issues that would be great, thanks.

Sorry to break it to you, but everything you suggested is very much impossible for conventional mods.

People are working on ways to modify the game in ways that could allow the implementation of what you asked, but I'm not an expert in that kind of modding.
