Absolutely loving the added rebel weapons! The militia ships are also very well done, you seemed to follow the shading patterns pretty well. My only gripe with the shading is on the nose of the ship, you might want to keep the dark green off that specific part of the ship because of where the light ...

So here's the Cell Beam I was saying I'd managed to make into a weapon :P I may have made it OP but I think it does 3 damage, has a range similar / the same as the Glaive Beam, and does 60 personnel damage. I imagine this works for downloading the mod. Anyways, it seems no mods work at all, only vanilla works, so I'm not sure why that's the case.

I can't tell if it's just an issue with Java or SMM, but: Windows 8 user here. Whenever I try to patch FTL and run the game, it crashes as soon as the loading bar is full. Well, I succeeded in turning your cell-charged laser into a fully-functioning beam weapon :P I'll post some screencaps and details about it tomorrow when I have more time, but I love what I made out of your spritework :D
