Well, I should have a test build posted up later today, it's still missing a few features, mainly stuff to do with the ship.xml file. It'll export the layout txt and blueprint xml fine, but the ship xml file still needs some more work :( It's definately not production ready yet, without some manual...

I assume that this means, that we must use Grognaks mod manager. And I assume that as long as the content used for the mod is slightly to significantly altered it would be ok? For instance, something slightly modified would be a few weapon redesigns, or ship recolors. And then all the way up to big ...

I think all that needs to come from the FTL devs is the assertion "Don't redistribute our stuff" and the rest will be figured out by the community. Modding is going to happen either way, and a subforum to collect modding posts together will de-clutter the other areas and help focus the mo...

Nice mod!

At a glance, it looks like that set of starting weapons may be a bit overpowered. maybe without shields or cloak it could balance it out, but the firebomb seems perfectly useful in comparison to the leto.

The limited crew may also balance things out.

Try not to be so hostile, the game only released a week or two ago, they are both working on bug fixes and polish atm.
