Both effects cannot happen at the same time with a bomb. I experimented with it at one point. Your best option is to have it send two bombs, and have the bomb have 50 chance of each option.

So this splice seems to be going great! The only problem I have with it new is the fact that it seems so unbalanced. The engines just kinda look big. Still your work with the cockpit looks nice.
